The procedure for obtaining access to the sites

1. Should download a file with a blanks of documents.

2. Please carefully read the "Procedure INTERNET - user access to web- sites ... ", fill in the application form to get INTERNET- user access, send on the e-mail address or fax number in the Note to the application , register and get a password and login access.
